Notice of the 16th Okayama University International Alumni Association (OUIAA) General Meeting
The Okayama University International Alumni Association (OUIAA) will hold its 16th General Meeting online via Zoom.
Both OUIAA members and non-members interested in the association are welcome to participate. We look forward to your participation.
● Date & Time: Friday, October 30, 2026, 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM (Japan Standard Time)
Participants may join or leave the meeting at any time during the event.
● Format: Online via Zoom
The Zoom link will be sent to the email address registered in the application form (see “How to Register” below) before the event. Please use the link to join the meeting at the scheduled time.
● Language:
The meeting will be conducted primarily in Japanese. English interpretation will be provided for most sessions, and English subtitles will be available for selected content.
● Eligibility:
- Members of the Okayama University International Alumni Association (OUIAA)
- Non-members interested in OUIAA, including:
- International students who graduated from Okayama University
- International students currently enrolled at Okayama University
