Trung is one of the graduates in the first batch of the English-based Global Discovery Program at Okayama University. Let’s hear about Trung’s exciting journeys on his bike during his years in Japan! 🗾

“Studying abroad has inspired me in ways I never thought about. It gave me the idea that there is a whole world out there, just waiting to be explored.”

🚴‍♂️ “The furthest I have been able to go in Japan on a bicycle is Kyoto, around 250 km from Okayama. My dream was to cycle all the way to Tokyo before graduating, but I had to set that dream aside because of the pandemic.”

🚴‍♂️ “After many cycling trips, I feel that my mind has broadened a lot. I learned to appreciate the journey instead of focusing only on the destination, even when facing the loneliness along the way.”
