Notice of the 15th Okayama University International Alumni Association (OUIAA) General Meeting
● Date & Time: Friday, October 31, 2025 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM (Japan Standard Time)
● Format: Online via Zoom In-person participation is available for Okayama University staff and officers upon request (Main Building, 6th Floor).
The Zoom link will be sent to the email address registered in the application form (see “How to Register” below) shortly before the event. Please join the meeting using that link at the scheduled time.

Members of the Okayama University International Alumni Association (OUIAA)

Non-members interested in OUIAA (including international students who graduated from Okayama University or are currently enrolled)
How to Register: Please fill out the required information in the registration form. Participants joining online will receive the viewing URL prior to the event.
